When will the 2011 LEGO Robotics Camp be held?
We haven't set dates yet. Watch this site or, better yet, email us today to get on our early notification list.

Where does LEGO Robotics Camp take place?
All activities run rain or shine in the Robotics Room at the North Brunswick Township High School, conveniently located on Raider Road and Route 130 in North Brunswick, NJ. Here's a map and directions.

Is Camp participation restricted to North Brunswick Township students?
No! Any student entering grades 6 through 9 in the fall of 2011 may paticipate. However, participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from NBTHS and so may find it convenient to reside nearby.

Why is participation limited?
We want to be certain that everyone has a great time and ample opportunity to become fully engaged in the day's activity, without crowding or waiting.

Do you provide lunch?
No, but participants may bring a snack/drink if they wish.

What about adults? Is the Camp supervised?
Yes! An adult is present at all times to oversee all activities.

LEGO? That's 'kid stuff', isn't it?
No! Each day we present a new challenge - and the know-how to solve it - using the LEGO platform. Participants gain experience in problem analysis, planning, building, programming and more. We limit participation to students entering grades 6 through 9 because we've learned that's the 'sweet spot' for the kinds of challenges we use, neither too difficult nor too easy.

Exactly how is the Camp associated with Raider Robotix Team 25?
The Camp is run by volunteer members of Team 25, who create and guide the specific activities and challenges for each day. (There's always adult supervision, of course, but this is 100% the Team's show.) The Camp is one of the many fundraising activities that Team 25 undertakes to offset their expenses throughout the academic year.
